Celery Juice Can Save Your Life!

I missed about six days last week. My cravings are back with a vengeance. I’ve had chocolate and ice cream just about every day for a week.

Started reading the Celery book, right in the beginning, he mentions drinking 32 oz. for addictions. Trying it tomorrow.

Of course I did! Lol, I'm such a nerd.

Maybe supplement with calcium and magnesium.

Good idea. I do magnesium but only intermittently. Maybe need more. I know that’s what chocolate cravings mean

Hello fellow celery heads! OMG I had some celery juice after not having for awhile! OMG! It felt so good I swear is all I am buying is celery for food when I get that chance! Be well be juiced! Food is getting more scarce by the day! Lord! I can be hungry but others will flip out going hungry!

I started doing the celery thing every morning about a week ago.

One thing I've noticed is that most people either make it in a juicer, or in a blender and strain it.

I throw it into my nutra bullet with a little water and drink it that way.

Seems a lot of fiber is lost by just juicing or straining it...


Is there some specific reason why so many strain it?

It just seems like a waste of nutrients to me.

I've been slacking on my celery juice lately. Sister's wedding last weekend kinda threw me off. I gotta get started again and can't wait for that feeling. I know what you mean. That's how I felt when I first started it. : )

I just got a pay day so celery it is ! I just buy celery. the organic looks crappy and the other is so green and crisp and juicy! I do soak it in good salt, all day sometimes, til i finish prepping it. I rinse it good and let dry then put away. Yeah, I am actually jumping for joy cos we were rationing it and just drinking some cos it feels so good. I should make some now?

You have to read his book or at least watch the videos. It’s essential to just use the juice. Don’t even mix a little water in. You can make crackers with the left over pulp. There are recipes on internet. I think one is on the first page of the thread. Just the juice!!

Little disappointed. Doing the celery juice two weeks straight and my shingles are back. WTF. I thought the celery juice was breaking down the virus killing them off.

detox it will go away. just keep juicing.

I can’t quite work that out in my mind but I haven’t stopped. Also I suspect virus can do good thins like activate dormant DNA. I’m of mixed feelings on the issue. Have a good day Rewind.

Is this the first relapse of shingles? Did you have shingles when you first started celery juice and it had gone away until now?

Hi!!!. Last shingles episode was one year ago. One before that was several years. Now all of a sudden I’m having another episode.its fairly minor, only several blisters in various places ( which makes it a very strange type of shingles if you ask me). I di not take the antiviral shingles meds and they are clearing up. I guess that could be due to the celery juice. Thanks toots! Let me know what you find.

Have any of you ever stopped at a stop sign , looked both ways multiple times and proceed on your way when suddenly some speed demon comes out of no where and almost plows into you ? Then proceeds to get road rage ? Who would be at fault here ?

I'm not finding anything saying that celery can cause or worsen shingles. Aside from the Medical Medium, others suggest celery too. Hopefully it's the celery that's healing you up now. : )

There's some morbidly obese mukbang lady on YouTube that tried some advice that sounded like this - guess the author of some book recommends such things that he claims he heard whispered into his ears by an imaginary goblin or something.

The mukbang lady didn't last on the regimen.
