No, in all seriousness, I needed to know if this would help because the meds were not helping. Quoting: Simple27 Last reading I could find before my most recent was from May of 2018. On May 22, 2018 while taking blood pressure medication, my blood pressure was 140/100. [link to imgur.com (secure)] Last week, on March 20th, after stopping the medication and drinking celery juice 5 days per week since February 1st, my blood pressure was 114/72. Best it has been in years! [link to imgur.com (secure)] Less than 2 months brought me to this result. And this is just the blood pressure. I feel better. Not even sure how to explain it, but just better than I have in a long while. Waking up easier in the morning. Skin looking better. Feeling more hydrated. Again, this is only less than 2 months for me. And there are SO many things this juice can help. All you need is celery and a juicer. You can also do this with a blender and a special type of straining cloth, but the juicer is so quick and easy that it leaves you with no excuse NOT to do it. : ) Why are you lying? |

The toxins in the pesticides or or whatever else are in the flesh if the veggie not the juice. When you juice you're separating the two. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76216653 I find it hard to believe that pesticides won't get into the juice. I wouldn't trust that as it doesn't make sense. Source? It's always good to buy 100% organic fruits and veggies for a multitude of reasons, not the least being our health. I use a Vitamix for most juices I make, including celery juice; it's easier and gives you added fiber, which most people are very deficient in. I strip some of the heavier fiber out first by cracking the celery stalks and stripping out the heaviest fibers. The lighter fibers break down (micronize) readily in the Vitamix. If one wants to get healthy, I would highly recommend investing in a Vitamix or a Blendtec. By the way, I find that celery juice tastes pretty good and I feel very good after drinking it. Very cooling and refreshing. Perfect for spring/summer. UPDATE: Just watched the video above regarding not leaving the pulp in or adding water. I'm still going to use the Vitamix, but then remove the pulp by straining the juice through a nutmilk bag (Amazon sells them, in case someone doesn't have a juicer). Thanks to OP for the great thread. I ended up getting the Liver Rescue book (both Kindle and Audible version) and it's very interesting. Great contribution, OP. |

Bacteria gets trapped in the outer peel of produce like avocado & cantaloupe and you drag it into the fruit when you slice it. Pesticides can be washed off but produce with absorbent skin, such as peaches, has 8 layers of pesticides by the time it reaches market. Buy organic whenever you can & always wash your produce! |

Any book that's totally geared towards reversing heart disease will receive my full attention. I'm going to open it up and thumb through it right now! I also got a DVD on Tai Chi for beginners. I've always wanted to learn Tai Chi, so YAY! I just cant imagine. I have always been 90ish over 50ish my whole life. No clue about now? Maybe I should get a blood pressure thing? (it is a strange and welcome thing) You are the best, rewind, you SWEETheart.... My blood pressure monitor was only about $30. I got it at the Portal to Hell (Walmart, in case you don't know what I'm referring to... ) They're not that expensive. I suppose if you don't have heart issues or blood pressure issues, then you might not need one. I think pharmacies have blood pressure machines you can sit at and check your BP. Maybe you can use one of those to see where you're at before you spend money on one....or if you have a PCP doc, you can usually go in and ask if they'll check your BP for you. They'll usually do it without making an appointment or charging your insurance. I have to tell you something and it will be hard for you to imagine with the troubles you have had, and I see you ladies talking about the doctors etc.. I do not go to the doctors. I have not been since in my 20's something. I went once for what I thought a possible infection and it was not and that was over 15 years for that. I go to the acupuncturist. I am so fortunate. I am giving you good health from my very heart. I will nurture. It will be ok. It is magic! I do not go to doctors either. 20 years. I am planning on joining the challenge! There is a good Mercola juicer on ebay I am looking at. I can't afford a new one, but I want the best I can get. I am so excited! Thank you Simple for this thread!
