On the morning of Thursday, January 31st before going to work I stumbled upon this gem of a video.

That same morning, a little later, my cousin randomly texted me saying that she was just reading an article and thought of me. She sent me the link...

Within that link it mentions that same person that was talked about in the above video I had watched. And about celery juice. I was quite blown away by this sync. My cousin hardly ever texts me, and just happens to text me about the same thing I had just watched two hours earlier. To me, this was a sign that I had to try this celery juice thing. And so I began (lol) on Friday, February 1st.

It’s not bad at all. Tastes like water with a hint of celery. Drinkable in the early morning, and I’m kinda gaggy in the morning so this was GOOD news haha! Easy on the belly too. No problems at all.

You're very welcome! I have a lot to share, including personal testimony. Mind blowing for me. I'm a believer lol!

I will definitely try it tomorrow, I have a 2 huge bundles of celery in the fridge.

I have a very sensitive stomach, especially in the morning. I gag when I brush my teeth. Yes, one of those lol.

It's refreshing and doesn't taste bad at all. Pour it over a glass of ice. Tastes like ice cold water with a hint of celery.

I take it you're talking about organic celery.

I read that celery is one of the veggies with the most pesticides when tested.

I started drinking this plain ol' celery juice on Friday, February 1st and stopped taking my blood pressure medication at the same time (I don't advise stopping blood pressure meds, but I'm a rebel ). No, in all seriousness, I needed to know if this would help because the meds were not helping.

Last reading I could find before my most recent was from May of 2018. On May 22, 2018 while taking blood pressure medication, my blood pressure was 140/100. [link to imgur.com (secure)]

Last week, on March 20th, after stopping the medication and drinking celery juice 5 days per week since February 1st, my blood pressure was 114/72. Best it has been in years! [link to imgur.com (secure)] Less than 2 months brought me to this result.

And this is just the blood pressure.

I feel better. Not even sure how to explain it, but just better than I have in a long while. Waking up easier in the morning. Skin looking better. Feeling more hydrated.

Again, this is only less than 2 months for me. And there are SO many things this juice can help.

All you need is celery and a juicer. You can also do this with a blender and a special type of straining cloth, but the juicer is so quick and easy that it leaves you with no excuse NOT to do it. : )

Are you using organic or regular celery??

Organic is always the best option yes, although more expensive and not everyone can afford to juice organic celery daily. One bunch of non-organic celery here is $3.00 currently. And it takes one bunch to produce one serving/cup of the celery juice.

But check this out. Celery is getting lower on the 'dirty dozen' list. : )

Always be sure to thoroughly wash your veggies, especially when juicing.

Either or, depending on sales. But mostly regular. Just gotta rinse it well.

I love celery juice. Any green juice for that matter.

When juicing you don't need to buy to buy organic. The toxins in the pesticides or or whatever else are in the flesh if the veggie not the juice. When you juice you're separating the two.
