What's a typical Kiwi's reaction to all of this?

I've known a few over the years and been there traveling, they don't seem like the typical roll over type.

But I also know how socialist and liberal the country is, so it will be interesting to see how the citizens respond. Of course, all we will ever hear about it in the states is what the MSM wants us to hear.
