Well.... crap!
What are other alternative browsers?
Quoting: exlibris If you like Chrome, try SRWare Iron or Slimjet Slimjet isn't what it used to be, if you use Umatrix, Ublock-Origin, overlay blockers, cookie blockers, disable redirects and use a vpn, then all the joogle products ie jootube and such won't work and will start pestering you with are you a human challenges constantly. Gone are the old days when things were very simple. I had one browser that did everything. Now I have 3 browsers. My main browser is Slimjet. Fast simple and does the heavy lifting but there are some problems. Slimjet will play most YouTube videos but there are some videos it will not play. This is because they came out with some new video formats that you have to pay to put into your browser. Slimjet will not pay those huge fees. So when there is a video I cannot play I just open up SRWare Iron and they do pay those fees and will play the newer platform videos. The problem with SRware Iron is they seem to report your data to Googgle as when I run CCleaner you can see many Google files it has opened up. You don't see hardly any ffiles opened to Google when running CCleaner on Slimjet. But all Chromium based browsers have a "censor" built in and it will not let you go to certain websites. It says "this site cannot provide a secure connection" and does not give you the choice to over-ride and go to the site anyways. They used to have the over-ride feature on the browsers but not anymore. So I had to get a very old version of another browser that is not Chromium based to get to these censured sites. .
