Quoting: Keilani Well not quite like a third world, as most third-worlds do not have welfare, so they're sustained by the rest of us struggling to just survive. If only you (or me) had bought in Florida 8-10 years ago... Yeah< I bought condo in 90s, then sold right before property really skyrocketed, so even though I made 10k, it cost me that much trying to sell and fixing up. A few years later same condo I sold for 58K, sold for 179k at peak around 07. Then went back down to about half that, and now creeped back up, but not as high as 08, so it's all cyclical. Bottom line was just didn't like the place and bought it because I was told I'm losing money by not buying, haha, if you're not happy somewhere don't buy. Now we've got houses in the crack neighborhoods selling for 179k, they will crash, mark my words. They are hooking all these underqualified buyers into buying these houses just like 08, that's why I think will crash again. |

Once these folks realize that the wages are not increasing and their rent prices are, home buying will be out of the picture as the prices will have gone too high artificially. That same house has appreciated over 100K++++ 2. 30 year mortgage would be locked in to $870/monthly payment with no chance of increasing!!! I am an idiot!!!!!!!!!!! You forgot the fact that they would have raised your property taxes equal to the value of appreciation. You really think they would let you get a good deal without the Govt. reaching in your pockets for a piece of that action? Please! LOL! They do not exactly "raise the taxes" in most cases. The tax rate usually remains fairly constant, but the value of the property increases. Higher value, means more taxes. Lower value means lower taxes. But I doubt you get that. Then you don't owe shit. That also depends on when it is auctioned off what they get out of it. If they get what is owed on the note, then you still do not owe anything. If they get more than what is owed, it is possible they owe you the residual. As long as you keep up with the payments, you are fine. Thats a very bad way of justifying renting and putting food on someone elses table with nothing to show in return. Building equity in property goes a very long way. And btw I own a home bitch but unfortunately there's so many who can't Not because they made bad choices but because the economy is shit and homes so fucking overpriced. Your very lucky this isn't real life or you'd be picking up your teeth bitch! Oh my, we have another e-thug in our midst. The problem is, the majority of the time people want more than they can afford, thats their mistake. People that work at McDonalds flipping burgers can't expect to easily afford a home either, learn a fucking skilled trade and make more money. Then there are those that are covered up in other debt like credit cards, thats their fault too. People need to clean up their own shit first, then they can bitch. And yet another CIA shill. Then again you are probably all the same cocksucking CIA shill using multiple sock puppets to make it look like people actually believe your cocksucking bullshit. Or maybe your all bots. I've said what I have to and I know for a fact anyone with any brain would agree fully with me on this subject. Only a shill or a fucking retard would disagree with me on this. Like the CIA has anything to do with the housing market. Fucking retard. |

Of course you support everything bring grossly overpriced. So you can further bankrupt, enslave and control the people. Keep renting then, no one cares. By the way, I have a house I'll rent to you, interested? If you read my post you'd see I own a house you fucktard. I just feel bad for those who can't because the government keeps fucking everyone in the ass and price gouging us on everything. Then again your an obvious shill and probably a bot. You're to stupid to own anything more than a refrigerator box and a bicycle. Last Edited by BrokenTech on 03/05/2019 10:09 PM |
