Policing your comments section for pedophiles only becomes an issue for you if you are posting videos of scantily clad children. A pedophile cannot link to sick stuff in your video if your just some bearded blowhard talking into a camera, so what is he worried about?

Of couse trying to get people to understand that here is rather difficult. I have almost immediately been called a pedo every time. Some idiot even said "log the ip" pedo sympathizer and called me a K&* fucker. These people have lost it. Say goodbye to the first amendment. Look I don't like pedos either but it is bit much to expect a person to read all 5000+ comments on their videos and censor them especially when some YouTube channels have thousands of videos. Even old videos from years back still will get new comments.

It looks like people will be disabling their comment sections of their videos in the future rather than face demonetization from YouTube over things like Hate Speech and other speech deemed offensive. Comments usually foster a sense of community and offer valuable feed back for creators but if the future comment section will now be weaponized against small creators in order to demonetize them then comments will be shut off altogether by most creators. It is simple as that. We all know this Pedo scandal is being used by the mainstream media in order to attack their competition the independent YouTube creator and take ad revenue away from them.

There are numerous other sites that deal with content hosting. I've also posted it to them and reported it. They're using other Internet search engines to post crap and it is disturbing.

Can you explain how they are using search engines to post that crap. This doesn't make any sense and seems partially incoherent. Bing isn't hosting that content, it's indexed. When you do a unfiltered search who the Hell knows whats going to come up. Maybe even legitimate illegal content found on indexed imageboards. It's literally impossible for Bing or any other search engine to block everything instantaneously on every website they have indexed.

The reason for this is they may or may not have a hash for any given image that comes up in an indexed website when you do an image search. They do use algorithms to block certain known hash values which are associated with illegal content and report them. This isn't Bing promoting this material, it just happens to appear when you search for something related. You can't police the entire internet unless you censor it through state controlled servers. Many indexed websites are not based in the U.S. thus don't follow the same guidelines as Muricah. I don't understand how people who use the web daily are so inept.
