Blood gives me the heebie jeebies OP. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Fair enough. But in these videos there is no red. It is all microscopic.

whats your opinion of blood donation/phlebotomies? beneficial?

Go ahead please tell us more about these blood cell analysis. I've had quite a few done in my lifetime. I believe this information is the real deal! Thanks OP!

you ever get checked if you have hemochromatosis? you are from finland so go get it checked you might have one of the genes. and if you do then you will have to start getting phlebotomies done.

I had some odd blood tests a couple years ago. I had high red blood cell numbers. Usually, this is due to dehydration, however, I was very well hydrated and had to drink a lot of water before the blood draw to confirm I was hydrated.

Never did know exactly why that was. I have donated blood on several occasions in order to thin my blood. My body weight was not high enough for the blood collection center to take plasma, but they said I would have qualified otherwise.

OP, do you know anything about blood?

I lost confidence in my doctor and quit checking my blood. But I think headaches are a sign that it's time to donate again.

Sometimes (and I found this out from experience) if your body is not getting enough oxygen, it will start making more RED blood cells in order to compensate...getting enough oxygen to your other cells in your body. This process actually makes the blood thicker.

It happened to me while I was in the hospital with chest pain. They had to give me shots in my stomach (of all places !!!) to thin my blood.

GOOD POINT! Oxygen is crucial. See Glutathione. Mother of all antioxidants...

Got a microscope, looked at my "live blood" and changed my life.

Everyone can take responsibility for their own bodies and take one simple, quick look at their own living blood.

Lucky for the medical establishment, less than 10% of the population have a clue they can do this.

That last video should be required watching for all those we care for/about.
