Another 'Socialism' Fail: Panera Bread Closing its Last Pay-What-You-Can Restaurant in Boston

Interesting that they only opened these in the most liberal oasis they could find, and the first one to fail was in antifa capital of Portland. They were only getting 60% of their needed revenue to stay open.

Some homeless would come in for nearly every meal, and why not, since it's free.

"Students" who love free shit swarmed the store.

Some wealthy liberals actually paid their fair share, but the rest freeloaded.

Eventually they had to hire a security guard. Security guards aren't roaming the average Panera location. In fact, people find them free of riff raff - I've often thought the classical music they pump through the speakers has something to do with that.

In a micro experiment such as this, I like to extrapolate the observations to a larger context. Pay as much as feels good to you WILL yield lower standard of living and cripple the system you love so much. It's all right here in this article.

Its all socialism and free food until reality bites them in the ass....
