How do you mend a broken heart?

Run, I run, it saved me. If you cannot run, paint, learn an instrument, etc. something that you can master and puts you in touch with the muses. It really does go away...

Time. Deep breathe and find something you like doing. Bowling join a league. Working out. Running. Woodworking playing computer games. Do something that keeps you busy. Music not so much for it can make depression and the feelings of loss worse. Do yard work if you can. Ride a bike. Something to keep your body active. Eventually your heart will heal. You will always remember the good times just like we always do. The bad times become less. Time my friend. Fake it till you make it.

It's sad. Unfortunately, there really isn't anything you can do for an alcoholic unless they want help. My cousin, before getting cancer, had been on her deathbed 3 times because of her alcoholism. Those were not rock bottoms for her, believe it or not.

i was there mate. she left. she has bpd. fucking nightmare to live with at times. on the other hand, an absolute beauty. i yearn for the good of her. i loved the bones of the good side. she was the most beautiful girl ive ever layed my eyes upon. she could knock a man out with her looks. Her mind was a different matter.

So in the lonrun it does not matter.

Keep the longrun in view...the bigger picture...and all the pain seems to just dissapear.

Ive been through some serious heartbreaks.

Its how I coped...its what made me.."THE DOOM".

Times and places and people and events no matter how wonderful...terrible...exciting. ..joyful...or heartbreaking...all have one thing in common.

ALL are TEMPORARY...all finite...all transient...and soon...too soon...ALL GONE.

So if you are with someone who makes your life heaven...KEEP THEM...TREASURE EVERY DAMN SECOND YOU HAVE WITH THEM.

If you are with someone who makes your life hell...DITCH THEM ASAP AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND NEVER LOOK BACK OR REGRET IT.

Life is way too short for that.

Better one year of real love...than any amount of time spent in the hell of a person who torments you.

And its better to be ALONE...than to live in hell.
