New York Senate Passes Bill Legalizing Abortions Up to Birth

The State Senate has been Republican since forever, and it's what has stopped the really bad leftist legislation.

Now it's Democrat, and they're gonna play it for all it's worth right now. Democrats control both the Assembly and the Senate, as well as the Governorship, as well as the NY City Council and the NYC Mayorship.

They control everything in this state now.

This was only brought forth to spite the Kavanaugh appointment and the pending Ginsberg replacement.

They WANT a lawsuit to go to court in the next two years for optics purposes for 2020.

what the hell, if a woman is gonna give birth to dead baby, why not give birth to a LIVE baby and give it up for adoption?

Or, offer a c section and put the baby up for adoption.

Hopefully might work in our favor, if it eliminates more

and blacks overwhelmingly vote for Democrats. Strange but true. I guess it's what they asked for.

Maybe they should make it legal to abort Democrats up to 80 years old.

Why would this cause a lawsuit? Does it violate the terms of Roe v. Wade?

This was brought forth because the Dems can, right now. The State Senate won't stop things like this because now the Dems control it.

Do you have Facebook? If so, read this paper, especially the third paragraph about up to the moment of birth. It talks about health includes things like economic, social & emotional factors. That sounds like you could have an abortion because you can't afford it!!!

Whenever I've seen an abortion doctor interviewed, it was always a man. Very few doctors are willing to do abortions. There are plenty of women in medicine but maybe even fewer of them are willing to do abortions?

Apparently this law says that anyone "in good faith" can perform an abortion, don't need to be a licensed doctor.
