When night has fallen in your region of earth, this means you are for a few hours dwelling in earth's shadow. This is of course what night is - the shadow cast by earth. But in a solar eclipse, we are temporarily living in the moon's shadow. Not earth's. The astral atmosphere of the moon's shadow is different from that of earth's shadow. Different things are happening there, on another plane. When you are walking in a forest, and the sun is shining brightly but you can't see it because it doesn't get through the foliage, you are of course in the shadow cast by the trees. Not the shadow cast by either earth or moon. |
