A new way to fund a border wall is to give Trump the 5 billion to start. In return Trump signs the 420 bill and the taxes from it need to go towards National security. Not just a southern wall but a whole revamp of our National security system! I can not post of social media or I would be telling everyone this is what needs to be done to make everyone happy.
