You hit someone when they are out like that it's bad news. I had a close friend die this way a few years back.

My opinion...you wail on someone's face when they are out cold it's attempted murder. With this video they will be able to throw the book at this guy....but really does it fucking matter? Prison for a guy like that is probably vacation time.
