Ya. And if I didn't feel like doing it myself I'd get another guy to help, or while that guy was trying to stop him I'd of jumped in (maybe with a choke or an arm bar). I took bjj for several years with the Gracies and got hurt at about the purple belt level and had to stop for long enough that getting back in would of taken too long to get to where I was (blue belt).
