Should we quit paying for health insurance?

You need "national insurance" like we have in the UK that gets taken from your pay based on how much you earn.

So what's the incentive to work hard and make more money, if it just means they'll take more from your paycheck?

We don't "NEED" health insurance, some people might want it, but you don't NEED it.

The Medical Industrial Complex is a giant blood sucking tick of death.

We don't need health insurance, what we need is actually doctors that are not pharmaceutical pimps who address the entire human being and not just their specialty parts.

There are some of those doctors, but not enough. More naturopaths would help. And better food would go a long way toward better health.

Depends on what your policy currently is and how much you're paying every month. If you're paying 1k/month with a 10k annual deductible (like so many others) then yes, you should stop immediately. You'd be better off saving the money in an emergency account. Another option to use one of the many health sharing plans that are out there.
