1 would be the whole. .1 would be the first deviation or vector
2.1 would encapsulate everything from the first vector
1/1 would encapsulate everything from 1.1, 1.11, ..., 1.2, ..
1^1 would be 1.1, 1.11, .., 1.2, 1.21, .., 2.1, 2.11, etc
