Here is also an intersting historical note. In 1913 Hitler, Leon Trotsky, Tito (Yugoslavia's leader Marshall Tito), Sigmund Freud and Joseph Stalin all lived in Vienna, Austria.

FWIW ... Ho Chi Minh, the leader of North Vietnam during the Vietnam War lived and worked in the United States for two or more years when he was in his 20's. He lived in both Boston and New York City.
