Well, they did decriminalize hard drugs in Portugal and crime rates went down.

If people want to take these drugs they should be at liberty to do so.

Hash is weed,in case you didn't know.

They're gonna keep their monopoly on smack and blow.

Unlike weed, smack and blow are physically addictive and produce longtime customers.

They gave up weed because there was no longer any profit in trafficking it.

Who's they,and who's the perfect drug dealer ?

Those who control the governments and their police forces.

Hash is weed dummy. It's not even comparable to cocaine or heroin.

Also, if someone can eat fast food, drink hard liquor and smoke tobacco who gives a fuck what they put into their body at that point.

USA most drugs were legal after the turn of the century last century. Seemed crime was normal not high. People were abusing like normal, not at the rates they are today. Shit got done, America economically was strong, America fought wars and won, America seemed fine if not better. Once the Gov started illegalizing drugs, the black market got involved, new drugs came out, and more people because humans are humans, abused drugs. If someone tells a human not to do something, the majority seem to rebel. Now a days, I can't even buy cough medicine for my son without giving the retailer my license so they can scan it and the gov can obtain my purchase.

Personal Freedom? I have personal freedom to a degree in the USA. Those freedoms are also being taken away year after year. My question to you though is what is your definition of personal freedom? For a citizen wanting to use a drug is illegal, wouldn't that constitute as a law against my personal freedom? I guess I have to understand your definition to give to you a better answer of Personal Freedom

well I have to make one thing clear, I don't condone taking them actually. Yes I have had my share no doubt but being wiser now I see them as a cheap substitute for being illuminated.

but since you asked: it is free will given to us by the creator that gives you the right to take drugs but most drug takers infringe on the rights of OTHERS.

thus, the state existing to ensure order and prevent chaos deems it necessary to reduce the harm some individuals will do to others either deliberately or inadvertently as a natural function justifying their existence.
