Well to start off I am going to need(I have specific people in mind for the group) a number of astrophysists, archaeologists, biologists, computer programmers, structural and electrical engineers, mathematicians, sociologists, linguists, coders, artists, property, access to high powered magnets and supercomputers, zoning, tools and equipment, various books and other experts regarding the study of radio frequencies and their effects on vibrations of molecules using infrared spectroscopy.
