No, we produce alot of stuff and we don't have a trade deficit. Infact Germany alone has a bigger trade surplus than China. Germany is not the only economy in the EU, that's like Texas saying it has a trade surplus. Italy haa a trade surplus, too. The EU is a powerhouse.
