Is Cohen really this Stupid?? Or is something else afoot

Being of strong conspiracy minded thought, nothing is ever what it seems:

I really have to wonder what the hell is going on here. Cohen will never work again if this pans out. He was a top lawyer and trusted by some pretty important people.

It just doesn't make sense to me. I have three ideas on this.

1. Yes he is that stupid
2. He is being blackmailed by the DS
3. Him and Trump coordinated this bit to distract and give the media and leftists hope for impeachment. Gotta admit, this is dominating the news. Non stop, giving the media stuff to feed the sheep and keep them tuned in for the latest. So did Cohen fall on his sword for Trump in an effort to misinform and distract?

I am hoping the third idea is the truth.

What ya all think about these scenarios?
