prepping is as simple as going on line, and ordering year's supply of food and water for each member of your family unless you plan on bugging out to some bunker you build in "the hills" --- the first order of the day should be to "shelter in place" ... and the more the merrier when it comes to hunkering down for a year - til they get the grid back up ... better to be in the company of people you know - well - than strangers in a strange land ...

unless, of course, you are living in an apartment in the middle of some Metro ... there isn't any need to relocate and upturn everyone's life - just remodel and create a "safe space"
