Have a friend who is a real estate agent in the Dallas area. She said whenever she gets Commiefornia clients, she makes certain they buy houses that can easily be sold, as about half who move their, lose their shit, and move back to Commiefornia within a couple years. I guess they just can't handle the outspoken Texas who call them on their bullshit.

People are now buying homes in Coppell,Mckinney,Little Elm,etc. They are all over the place..you can't go anywhere in Dallas anymore at any time of day without encountering a traffic jam and that's even on some of the most modern roads (tolls) in the nation. One of the many reasons we chose BCS over Dallas when returning to Texas. If I must endure gridlock and rude ass imports from the coasts, might as well have stayed in the DC Metro area. Now I'm really jealous.....
