The study estimates that 1,800 relocation or “disinvestment events” occurred in 2016, the most recent year available, setting a record yearly high going back to 2008. About 13,000 companies left the state during that nine-year period. Of the 1,800 events, 299 of those departures landed in Texas. What’s more, the study’s author – for the first time in his career – is openly urging California businesses to relocate out of state. Texas’ rank as the top destination for California companies is especially significant considering that the large majority of corporate relocations cross only one state line, said Joseph Vranich, president of Pennsylvania-based Spectrum Location Solutions LLC. Have a friend who is a real estate agent in the Dallas area. She said whenever she gets Commiefornia clients, she makes certain they buy houses that can easily be sold, as about half who move their, lose their shit, and move back to Commiefornia within a couple years. I guess they just can't handle the outspoken Texas who call them on their bullshit. lol its funny how they consider buying a house as an investment rather than a place to raise the family. I heard that housing market in Frisco is saturated. God, it's so damn awful this state is being ruined. One thing I will say about northern California is that there are many more small, mom and pop type independent businesses. Dallas has become nothing more than a bunch of Toll Roads that are constantly jammed, massive shopping areas to hold all the spoiled brats to spend their money in and McMansion after McMansion. Every new house being built is two stories and looks like the one next to it....but of course they all have theater rooms, bedroom (SUITES) for each kid, doing rooms, computer rooms....just massive cookie cutter warehouses these nitwits call "homes"....and the kids? In most of these areas they have every luxury known to man. My granddaughters high school plays football in the air conditioned practice facility for the Dallas Cowboys. At least two other high schools have built football stadiums that many colleges would envy along with the price tags for such "luxury". For a bunch of spoiled high school kids.... Dallas has always been somewhat materialistic, now it's become nothing other than that and it's depressing to watch as it gets worse day by day. When we would travel and the kids would wake up in the back on the way home and ask, where are we, if he said "we just passed through the ghetto", we knew what he meant. |

You think a plague spreading is funny or a good thing? How short sighted. California is churning out brainwashed leftists and exporting them. The problem is, like the recent SA immigrants (by and large), they turn where they go to into what they fled from. Yes they will. It's already begun. All they need is to occupy the big cities, accumulate numbers, and outvote the natives. Then policies start to change, and you're helpless to do anything to prevent it. And if you think that cannot happen, you're a fool. All they need to do is have more money than the natives and out compete them in the housing market. Then the snowball starts to roll downhill from there. Last Edited by Sinclair on 12/13/2018 06:40 PM Qui desiderat pacem, praeparet bellum. |

I almost didn't. I really dislike him. I almost just didn't vote, period because I am so upset with the inertia concerning issues most important to me. I thought I would have the luxury because Texas has been red my whole life. I did go vote all Republican as almost an impulse the day of the election. I was surprised at how long the votes stayed blue after the usual blue Houston, Austin, Dallas were counted. I was like- when is this crap going to switch over?? |
