Have a friend who is a real estate agent in the Dallas area. She said whenever she gets Commiefornia clients, she makes certain they buy houses that can easily be sold, as about half who move their, lose their shit, and move back to Commiefornia within a couple years. I guess they just can't handle the outspoken Texas who call them on their bullshit.
