OP, Would you kindly explain what the stars are, and what their purpose is?  My duties have been suspended for the forseeable future.

I know nothing for sure, because he and I are not in communication. When he last returned, it seemed there was some sort of issue. that required attention, which took him away from his "duty" here. I haven't a clue when he will return.
