Yup. That's what I experienced in a "past"/other life regression wherein I had committed suicide. I found myself in a monk's type of robe, head down with the hood pulled down over my head, and I was in deep contemplation. I was where I understand to be the Void...the field of potential. Interesting....  The specifics of the experience are unique to the individuated soul, of course. The familiarity I feel with you is indeed very strong...really, it makes me feel curious, but also light - as in weightless - in my heart. Very nice.  This familiarity you feel with me is in truth the familiarity you feel with who you fundamentally are.
