Considering what you experienced, you have a great sense of humor, OP! I just went through the SAME thing, but caught it just as the water was beginning to flood my basement. Less than a half inch of water had accumulated in a puddle, and I had a buddy come over immediately. Found out it was roots in the outside sewer line. Old houses have a lot of charm and character, but they come with their issues. Glad it all worked out for you. Jesus the Plumber Saves! [EDIT] I'm tossing you a Holiday Upgrade for being a good sport in spite of the situation! . |

And I was just going to upload that footage. Then Jesus the plumber showed up and I was like no way. It's too good to be true. What did you do about the roots? I've read that you can just snake them out once a year. As long as the pipe doesn't cave you can hold off the cost of getting a new one. I could either pony up $8,000 to $10,000 for all-new sewer line, or $500 to clear the roots. The choice was obvious. . |

This is the way the world ends. This is the way the world ends. This is the way the world ends. Not with a bang but with a whimper. |

Do you actually make this product? . She'll love it! It is a really nice foot scrub! I love it. I don't make it. A good friend in Utah makes it along with other hand made soaps. All handmade homemade stuff. She's a really going essential oils artist. I asked her to make a foot scrub for me with black Hawaiian lava salt in it. Even after a long day, I'll sit on the side of the tub and scrub my feet. Amazing how good it makes your whole body feel. And the tea tree and spearmint is great aroma therapy! No more doom breaks. |
