I bet white male profs are better at their job because they have to be mentally tougher and smarter to get the job. Why? With the bullshit of affirmative action allowing lesser-than numpties to get a job over someone more qualified because of gender or skin color they fight back by trying to eliminate a valid evaluation tool.
