A dream I had about SoCal

I am in no way a seer
just a man with too much internet and not enough sleep
when I do sleep I dream
I've had the dream twice,
two nights in a row.
about the fires in SoCal and the subsequent mass evacuations.
people were leaving the coasts in droves
arguing amongst themselves whether it was a land grab,
or bad management of the environment.
or targeted kills by those in control of DEW
and in the far background
a tsunami was growing
heading for the coasts
the people were moving to the top of the hills
tens of thousands of them
and when they saw the water receding away from the coasts
as it does just before a tsunami
they understood
