He's got 5800 followers, too, presumably most of them leftists. This is a very good sign. Even with GLP and 4Chan trolling the hell out of his thread, his followers should be able to keep up with it, and his side is losing 88-12 on his own poll. Might as well. I consider myself libertarian but its pretty pointless especially with some of the whack jobs they nominate

The Libertarian Party has basically become Green Party Light. The days of John Hospers and David Bergland are over. It used to be an anarcho-capitalist party. It has been taken over by academic anarcho-communists. The Party has always been an open-borders party,for instance, but a key aspect of that used to be no welfare for immigrants. You wanna come here? You come here to contribute. That is no longer the case.

Most every old guard libertarian has moved either to the Constitution Party or the Republicans.

I am Libertarian, but have always voted GOP. The alternative is just not happening, and I do what I can to keep the alternative from gaining power and eliminating the liberty we have left.

I saw that on there. The OP said there was not room to add it.

They just have not re-registered yet. Old habits are hard to break, but many are breaking free--just takes a bit of time.
