User ID: 76734104 United States 10/08/2018 12:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | RED ROSE TEA TO DISCONTINUE FIGURINES IN TEA BOXES I grew up in a household which drank tea, and like millions of other kids around the country, I used to enjoy finding out which figurine would be in the box every time we opened a new box. The figurines weren't worth anything, but it was fun trying to collect the entire sets which would run approximately 2 years before a new set was released. Now into adulthood I have begun collecting them again. The only problem is Red Rose Tea announced recently they are discontinuing putting a figurine in each 100ct box of tea bags. They are still selling them on the website, but that's not the point! We don't want to go to a website and purchase the worthless figurines. We want to FIND THEM and see our children have fun FINDING THEM and trying to collect them all against all odds of getting doubles triples and quadruples! This is a damn shame Red Rose, and I hope GLP will have enough Baby Boomers and Gen Xers to raise hell over this. I am including a link to the petition. In this god-forsaken world, we know our voices are meaningless to those in charge. Perhaps with the linked petition, we can find out if our voices still mean something to something as minor as a tea company. This is NOT OK, and this MUST NOT STAND. Why the hell can't companies leave a good thing alone when their most loyal customers like it? We have too few of these simple, civilised little pleasures left today as it is. |

Trees, tractors, the white house, the liberty bell...and some weird shaped black thing in front.
What is that ominous black triangular figure? |
