It's sad how a lot of our returning military realize that this type of job is the one most available to them unless they have specific skill sets. Someone w/ PTSD doesn't do so well in this type of profession, I'd say. It's sad how a handful of guys (and a few gals, too) have a God complex and go into LE to quench their thirst for power. They make it bad for the good LEOs. It's sad how there are ass-hats who go into LE just so they can make it up on the back end w/ bribes and cuts of backroom action. And most sad of all is the fact that our LEOs have to put up w/ so many crazy shitty people out of their freakin' minds b/c our current society is so far gone compared to 30-40 yrs ago. Sorry for big rant on my soap box, folks, but I have a special place in my heart for our men and women in blue who do what they do for the right reasons.
