Sum it up, what's 53 47 stand for?

I'm reading into this that Q is saying that the FBI is done with the investigation and Congress has polled internally each member based on the FBI's report, due out anytime. It's too final a number to just throw out there on it's own with no context.

Senate is 51 Republicans and 47 Democrats (plus 2 Independents that Caucus with Ds). Flake (R) is a No. All other Rs are yes. Then...

There was never any evidence against Kav and I suspect the FBI probably found evidence against the Demonrats who colluded to create these false allegations.

It's a vote to confirm; yeas are always given first.

When taking a count it's always the Yea's 1st, then the Nay's 2nd. For 1st, then Against 2nd, so this 53-47 is encouraging, but we still have until Friday so there is no telling what "scorched earth" tell-alls the Dems will try next

There are 100 Senators. For Kavanaugh to be confirmed, there need to be 51 in favor (at least).

And this is why Frankenfienstin is pushing to keep the FBI report private, same way Ford letter was kept private.

Good chance all votes will be the same, although only the final vote will be remembered.

They are saying the FBI investigation will wrap up tomorrow.
