Trump just re-iterated live in the Rose Garden that he gave McCabe 'free reign'.
"FBI should interview anyone within reason" - Trump.. including Kavanaugh.
Again, for information purposes, in Kavanaugh's first 6 bckgnd investigations he got to pick his witnesses, per FBI process.
The difference here is the SJC has recommended the witnesses per the hearing testimony and letters received.
