If true, someone was either threatened or promised protection/pardon if convicted (or both). Otherwise doesn't make sense why someone would admit this as there's apparently no statute of limitations in the state where this took place. I don't know of anyone who would consider kids rolling around groping each other with their clothes on a prosecutable offense. Unfortunately, half the country (Dems) would consider this a prosecutable offense as payback if this guy's testimony ends up resulting in Kavanaugh sitting on the SCOTUS.
