Democratic Analyst says yes because The One Witness rule in court but the credibility of the witness must by perfect...... she has even claimed she was drinking......they were all drunk.... the defense then gets to cross the 1 witness.............bring in her yearbook pictures....and any one else to back up the character if the defendant... so they can bring in those 65 other women to testify in his behalf...... what does the prosecution have now......a drunken partier that did not think twice about this for 36 years. not sure the year or actual date of said crime....does not know where it was.....does not remember getting there or coming home..... thinks 2 other people were in the room but they have said BK was not there......now those 2 may not be remembering this party...because, she does not really remember it either. that one witness rule will backfire on her. a good video editor can make anyone say anything the editor wants.
