Waiting for some woo woo to say this is tame compared to what happens at Getmo.  Of course you are. This is what this current propaganda is all about...making your own torture seem acceptable by prentending that you have found an "enemy manual" that makes your own torture seem tame. Yet there have been no reports of torture by "terrorists", so obviously this manual is not being used.
