Not like this weather manipulation/engineering crap goes against California's weather pattern. I remember many years ago there was this Spring, Autumn, and Winter phenomenon called "Pacific fronts". These "Pacific fronts" originated from the Pacific Ocean usually about two every week. These happened usually in between Arctic fronts. This enabled for Californian up to heavy rains, but provided long term water access via massive snow packs in their taller mountains. So California never truly suffered water wise back in these fabled times.

For six or so years straight now there has been an unusually powerful high pressure system that is multi-State large, but especially is designed to sit on California. This helps to almost permanently divert the jet stream on this part of the North American continent to go way more northward than it naturally supposed to do.

The jet stream in it's weather engineered state "naturally" goes into south Alaska then the northern parts of the Rockies in western Canada before going a few thousand miles continually over the Rockies as it goes more southeastern. This enables the jet stream to be further engineered to shoot so far down south as into northern Mexico from south Texas and all the way into south Florida as well.

This is all very unnatural weather patterns being artificially propped up with a combination of chemtrail usage and HAARP at least. In somewhat recent months all over the Earth wildfire and firestorm smoke is also used to seriously aid in "solar radiation management".
