Trump offered to sit down with the house leaders and give the DACA people a path to citizenship. The Dems didn't show up. They want this as a Political issue in 2020, they dont give a crap about the DACA recipients.

That Trump allows this nonsense to continues says Trump does not really want action taken to stop mass illegal immigration.

Why? Because the US Constitution made Congress, SCOTUS and President equal. SCOTUS is the only court required by Constitution, all other courts are created by Congress. Congress can not create any agency that supersedes or is superior to the President. Trump can not have one of his cabinet officials tell Congress what to do and Congress can not have a court they created tell Trump what to do. Trump can simply ignore all federal courts except Supreme Court.

The courts have no more authority to mandate that than Obama did in creating it out of thin air. This is solely a legislative action.

No federal judge has jurisdiction over borders as that falls on the presidency.

So you safely ignore this and tell the judge that they're violating the constitution and perhap they needs some special agents mentoring them or something.

The DOHS will just ignore like they have been.

As the other person pointed out they have NO jurisdiction here.

In fact much of what these courts including the Supreme Court rule on they have no actual legal basis to judge on.

It's time to start ignoring these illegal rulings and say to the courts "Make me!"

Accepting renewals is not the same as approving the renewals.

So....
Trump is being ordered to continue an unconstitutional program based on an executive order, that the next President rescinded.

There is NO JUSTIFICATION for that in any law. This judge needs to go back to law school.
After he is impeached and removed.

What a BS headline. It did not mandate shit.

Read the decision:

1) it fast tracked the issue for SCOTUS,

2) acknowledged that DACA is probably illegal

3) ruled that a state's request to terminate DACA be suspended, nothing to do with a mandate on Trump.

Had Texas won, it was still headed for SCOTUS because it's an issue that affects multiple states bound for a political conflict.

It's actually GOOD news, so that we dont have to see the same hack headline from Blue state judges.

SCOTUS already ruled on this: They upheld Trump's DACA shutdown totally.

THis Judge is in violation of Federal Law. Send in the US Marshalls immediately!

That would make awesome entertainment:p

However, Texas is closing the door from a separate angle, if you will, because other courts are using it to distinguish SCOTUS ruling.

That's where we are. USA is a mirage, completely controlled by entrenched long outvoted interests.

This is a dictatorship and the president has no authority to do anything the next president can't undo on their first day in office. Just watch the spectacle they make of undoing all of it in one day as if it was saving the nation.
