Original VHS rip - Luke, I Am Your Father

I pulled Vader uttering "Luke" from the end of Empire Strikes Back from this clip here:

With some slight changes to tempo and pitch it seems to be a match for the "Luke" uttered in the "VHS rip" posted by OP, the only difference being the background noise/music. I didn't make any effort to filter any of that from the above clip.

More likely that "Luke, I am your father" became a cultural trope, despite being a misquote, and then everyone "remembers" that's how it was because its been repeated 1,000x in pop culture.
