I hope so. Otherwise, this nation is way more corrupt and decadent than I thought possible.

If we were a Brazil/Mexico, Venezuela, some EUfied country in Europe, PRC China, etc, I would be far less surprised or not surprised at all. But I like to think the US has more sanity and integrity than those others places.

But people in America are as politicized - particularly liberalized or libtardized - as people elsewhere.

The president's Tweet today about the bullshit he's encountering received a lot of replies that are similar to people saying Mother Theresa was a bitch because she didn't dress nicely or had bad breath.
