The Bible gives us a guide to spiritual warfare. It is Ephesians. To recommend people go to war against evil spirits and not refer to the authority on that matter, The Word of God, seems amiss.

I can say without a doubt, this is a spiritual Warfare.
It is really kinda like in that Video.
Spirits attached to humans and that is also why alchohol was made a common drug, because Spirits can attach to you more easily. So, if you're weak in spirit and you drink, you become a more easy target. If you're strong in spirit and you drink, it doesn't do so much.

This world is not what it seems.

Whatever it takes, if it is praying, withstanding, being Kind and being strong for others when needed. I'm aboard.

That said, if you can come up with even 1 Bible verse that says that humans cast demons into a lake of fire I will gladly concede.

Agreed It was Jesus talking to those demons and then his disciples using the name of Jesus Christ cast them out as well. In the name above all names you can cast these things to the lake of sulfur. That is an authority that all Christians have but many do not know. Which is why many are oppressed.

You are taking from those verses that humans cast demons to a lake of fire. The Bible does not say that now does it? You THINK that you are casting demons into the lake of fire. That is so dangerous.

Friend, what you are doing is posting things from your imagination. You are adding to the Word of God. That is such a bad idea. Really, it is.

You will not hear. But I would recommend that you do not go about telling people how your imagination says to handle demons. You are treading on dangerous ground, and that is not a good thing brother.

You have the authority to just cast them out of a body. But then like scripture says it comes with 7 more to come against you. Or you can bind and cast them to deserted place. Or even cast them to the lake sulfur that is the purpose using the power of the Lord against these foul things. That is what Jesus means with over ALL the power of the enemy.

Jarhead thank you for this thread. It has caused me to do much research into demons, possession, how they may be fought against, and the meaning of sanctification.

Actually the best summary of sanctification comes from Wikipedia: "Sanctification is the act or process of acquiring sanctity, of being made or becoming holy.

It is a gift given through the power of God to a person or thing which is then considered sacred or set apart in an official capacity within the religion. In general anything from a temple, to vessels, to days of the week, to a human believer who willingly accepts this gift can be sanctified.

To sanctify is to literally "set apart for particular use in a special purpose or work and to make holy or sacred." Etymologically, "sanctify" derives from the Latin verb sanctificare which in turn derives from sanctus "holy" and facere "to make".

IMHO, it appears we have both sanctified humans as well as the demonically influenced or possessed posting at GLP. You can easily see the latter as they make vile posts and cowardly attacks upon the sanctified.
