I can remember as a kid how much I loved to be "bare foot". I would play in the woods without shoes all the time.

I even played softball in school bare foot.

Those were simple leather sandals, no cork, no plastic, no modern glue.

I read up on this around 10 years ago. David Wolf newager talks a lot about grounding, says tennis shoes are the worst thing invented, keeps us from connecting to Earth.

Footprints in the Sand

One night I dreamed a dream.
As I was walking along the beach with my Lord.
Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life.
For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,
One belonging to me and one to my Lord.

After the last scene of my life flashed before me,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
I noticed that at many times along the path of my life,
especially at the very lowest and saddest times,
there was only one set of footprints.

First thing I do when home from work is shed the footwear. The tarmac in the yard is my measure... if the loose gravel or lost lego doesnt hurt then my feet are healthy

I'm an electrician, I get the grounding thing. Not sure I would do the wire to a ground rod during a thunderstorm, also here in Idaho we have goat head thorns. I would pay to see someone walk over a field of those, if my dog drags one in and I don't see it before I step on it hidden in the carpet, one can bring you to your knees.

The point is...when we wear silicon rubber soles, we are highly insulated from the natural current flow of Earth by making ourselves into a "floating ground." During the time of Jesus, natural shoe soles had a lower impedance to Earth's oscillating current flow, and the electrical connection to Earth still occurred -- grounded. Thus, the sandals of old are ok for everyone...

My beautiful dog was near death and he was dry fasting and grounding but I stopped him from grounding and brought him inside bcz I didn’t know he was dying...just thought he was sick...and I didn’t know what grounding was at the time. I took him to the vet and of course their drugs killed him quickly. I ask him for forgiveness daily in stopping him from healing his body while alive. I miss him every day. I’m crying now as I type this. If you see your dog outside sitting there for hours and it won’t come in leave him alone...they are healing their bodies bcz they know instinctively that fasting and grounding helps. I also didn’t know dry fasting worked better than water fasting at that time. My poor baby was doing everything to save himself but I stopped him due to ignorance. Don’t make my mistake.

Years ago I hiked the Canadian Rockies barefoot and stuck my feet in the clear cold streams. I felt so good for a while afterward. Once I got used to the altitude, lol.

Long story short, the mattress is keeping your body from recharging because it is not being grounded when you are asleep. Similar to the shoes thing.

Wow, stunning information!!! I had heard that about being barefooted and connected with the earth but I honestly thought it was some old wives tale and BS.

The idea is to take off your shoes OUTSIDE when standing/walking on the ground. Inside the hose would't count, I don't think.
