Wasn’t he the guilty one who went to the wife’s vigil and didn’t speak? That was odd.

Were they into S &M?

And he failed the lie detector test. I have taken 3 lie detector tests and passed all three.

Okay.

But did he seem as absolutely unnervingly creepy as this guy?

What do you think about this fella's behavior in front of the press camera?

First of all, thank you for your interest in this case. And I agree with you, "hope she's alive and returned."

Hypothesis:
This 'hog farmer' convicted stalker Wayne Cheney, well, let's say he had to drive somewhere and buy some hog feed. Maybe he bought some coffee, or had some lunch too.

Brooklyn Iowa, where Mollie was last seen, is located just off U.S. Highway 6 and a few miles north of Interstate 80.

Maybe he just needed gasoline. Point is: perhaps he saw Mollie. Just one look. A glimpse that set his convicted-stalker soul aflame. Perhaps that old thrill just never went away.

Now, being a twice-convicted stalker, he probably knows the Do's and Dont's stalking his prey. Maybe after he caught one fleeting glimpse of Mollie Tibbits, his plans for the day....well, changed.

Maybe he spent time to follow her jog; watch her habits; follow her to the home she was house-sitting. And then went in through the admittedly probably unlocked house.

^^^ Just a hypothesis. Certainly seems possible, to me, though.
 Quoting: Wharf Rat

Stalkers usually have a relationship with their prey. They are rejected and don't go away. And have restraining orders... random stalking is something different entirely.

Re: RE: the missing Iowa girl.....
It only takes about 2 hours or less to drive 100 miles... He's there Monday.

If the boyfriend premeditated her murder then he would have known she was jogging at 7:30 and the his dogs were fed and taken care of. This is Wednesday.

he knew she didn't have to be at work until Thursday, so there was time for him to normalize at the construction job and secure his alibi.

So he drives home from the construction site Wednesday at 8 p.m. (did they work at night?) Kills or abducts her. Texts from her phone. Gets back to the construction sight at 10 pm, confirms the text from her. disposes of body... in construction footers? Texts her in the morning as alibi.

Thursday she doesn't show up for work.

Boyfriend is questioned and cleared so they start looking for the local sex offenders. (or the token black guy).
 Quoting: MissCleo

Exactly!

You just can’t be caught driving there or seen there.
 Quoting: A1Janitor

and he left his cell phone at the construction site so it didn't ping by the girlfriend.

but Jack boyfriend lived with Brother and sister-in-law who were on their way to Dominican Republic to get married, so if they were gone then there were no witnesses and girlfriend was in the house alone... because the brother would have watched the dogs.

Wayne stalker doesn't own pig farm. So Jack boyfriend could have even dumped her body there. and that explains the fitbit ping too.

Does the construction site have recorded mileage reimbursement for Jack boyfriend?

MissCleo,

Well, we already know he IS a stalker. Admitted it in court. Twice, in fact. Probably started that behavior a long time prior to that.

Strangers as victims: These victims are typically unaware of how their stalkers began stalking because typically these stalkers form a sense of admiration for their victims from a distance (Mullen, Paul E.; Pathé, Michele (2002-01-01). "Stalking". Crime and Justice. 29: 273–318.)

Since in most states, "third strike" is a felony, if I'm two-time loser Wayne Cheney, perhaps I simply cannot control my urge, and this time, it's for all the marbles.

He knows if he gets caught this time--- buh bye.

Unfortunately for his victims. Hypothetically.

I have absolutely no proof. I watched the video, saw the dirty and stained shirt he wore, and transcribed his words.

He keeps saying, the investigation is a "waste of time."

Yeah, most pregnant women go jogging in the hottest part of July, alone.

I do however, respectfully disagree about stalkers not caring about consequences. I would argue that is precisely the defining quality.

They are hardly impulsive-- the opposite in fact.

Late Old English -stealcian (in bistealcian ‘walk cautiously or stealthily’), of Germanic origin; (OED)

Cautious. Stealthy. Always careful. Ever thoughtful.

MissCleo wrote: "the boyfriend has the motive, means and opportunity just as much as the Stalker."

So yes, we agree Wayne Cheney has the means, motive, and opportunity. But unlike the boyfriend (as far as I know), has no known psychopathic criminal background.

If I were an FBI profiler (which I am not, not even close), I might think the leap from Stalking to Kidnapping is not such a deep gulch.

I believe this is precisely the sort of person who might surveil, stalk, track, locate, and subdue his victim.

BUT...to your point, yes, also a perfect person to set up as a patsy. Maaaaaybe that was part of the boyfriends super-arch-evil plan. But that level of chess is beyond most 20-something kids I know.

However, as to some other nodes on this thread (complex Mockingbird psy-op), I guess the Patsy model would certainly fit. A much higher level psy-op scenario would definitely know about the strong, albeit circumstantial, evidence as it preponders to one Mr. Wayne Cheney.

He would be the obvious fall guy, in that theory model.

1) praising media: yeah, you dumb fucking retards. This isn’t some pysop to get positive attention for the media. The media has been covering the hell outta this story which keeps her face out there for people to see. I’d be appreciative too.

2) no, boyfriend was not the last person to see her

"In light of the missing person investigation of Molly Tibbits, concerns have come to light about the number of juveniles reported missing in Iowa in recent weeks. In FY 2017 4,311 juveniles were reported missing to The Missing Person Information Clearinghouse. This is an average of approximately 12 juveniles a day. The vast majority of which are found or returned home within 24 hours. Typically these cases are runaway situations. The number of missing juveniles reported in recent weeks is in line with historical numbers."

Re: RE: the missing Iowa girl.....
There is absolutely nothing odd with the traumatic events that the parents and the entire family are going thru. They have shed so many tears but at this point they 100% believe she is still alive and will return home.

There was a lead in Missouri that did not check out.
The fitbit data appears to have lead them to an area by hog confinement buildings.
Again today they found a red shirt when a farmer was mowing in an area by the hog confinement building.
I have not heard but the red shirt appears to be one of the last things she was last seen wearing.

Like most of these cases I fear the worst but hope for the best.

Stalkers usually have a relationship with their prey. They are rejected and don't go away. And have restraining orders... random stalking is something different entirely.

Her fitbit pinging close to him could be an indication of something. are there more details on that?
 Quoting: MissCleo

Right. Because doing things to help find that missing girl Mollie Tibbits, is all just a waste of time.
 Quoting: Wharf Rat

the psychology part is missing.
Stalkers don't care about the consequences, like alcoholics, they can't help themselves and fall off the wagon and drink again. But yeah, that would explain his interview, thinking the Media is trying to pin him with a third case and he's gone. But for actually being guilty... doesn't match.
He's a creep for sure and will get run out of town, for another sheriff department to watch unless he gets nailed for this crime.

the boyfriend has the motive, means and opportunity just as much as the Stalker. covering up Mollie's pregnancy was the motive, my guess.
 Quoting: MissCleo

He would be the obvious fall guy, in that theory model.

girlfriend was either newly pregnant or less than 3 months. a wedding so close to the brothers was probably going to be inconvenient.
just a guess.

and who again witnessed her jogging at 7:30 on Monday night?

I followed the Bashara case ...

Wasn’t he the guilty one who went to the wife’s vigil and didn’t speak? That was odd.

Were they into S &M?

And he failed the lie detector test. I have taken 3 lie detector tests and passed all three.

The first time I took one I was so nervous. He showed me a trick and I immediately believed in lie detector tests.
 Quoting: A1Janitor

Bob was into BDSM, Jane was not, he had a “slave” he wanted to marry.

He went to the vigil and acted like a hot shot, lapping up the attention.

Yeah ... I am a junkie for these cases. But my memory fails remembering things. I used to watch shows on old cases ... and I follow ones that make National news. Probably started with Son of Sam and Wayne Williams when I was a kid ... on to Scott Peterson and Oj ... and all in between.

I was in NJ in the area when Son of Sam was out there. creeped me out.

Tell you what, if the boyfriend went clubbing and got a tattoo that says "La Dolce Vita", that might be a bad sign

Re: Ramsays

Yeah, I saw the Burke/Phil interview. I think he at least is the other voice on the 911 call, and that he was at least there in the morning (not sleeping until 9:30 or whenever). I'm still wondering about that whole case, myself.

NOOOOO. I don't want to believe another beautiful young woman was murdered and fed to the pigs.

Stalker was waiting outside for her in the morning? And kidnapped her and took her out into a field?

NOOOOOOOO. that's awful.

Not sure who saw the jogging, if anybody, actually. I believe it was surmised from a text she sent BF, like, "going jogging". Maybe she never did? That's what I remember, I could be wrong.

Or the witness could have been interviewed right away, and it was the next door lady, or something.

Also, re: the brother

Although supposedly both the BF, his brother, and his soon to be sister in law all lived at the house, the brother was said to be 80 miles away spending time with his fiancee's parents.

They were due to get married 3 weeks later, but have put that on hold, considering.

What real motive would Mollie's BF have, though, really? He already gets to spend time with her, kiss her, hang out together. Perhaps even loved her, deeply.

What possibly gain could come from abducting his beautiful intelligent funny girlfriend? I just don't see it, not in a million years. Let's face it, she would be the hottest girlfriend most men would ever get in their entire lives. Not to be crass, but, I cannot grasp any motive, whatsoever. Respectfully.

What’s the deal with the guy who was filming the joggers? I don’t believe in coincidences..... but then again you have a creepy stalker living 10 minutes away... on a pig farm. WTF, this could easily be a movie script.

Yeah, some on here think it's possible he left his phone at the job site, drove there, did the thing, drove back, answered his phone, and started the cover up that way.

Other suspect a possible pregnancy as a motive for the abduction.

I personally don't see it, but it is possible.

I suppose, if you're willing to kill a baby (I mean, without a license) you are immoral enough to do anything.

Also, the third popular theory is the government psy-op, as a giant staged event to puff up the chests of the MSM and FBI.

Of course, this runs contrary to the fourth theory, which holds that Iowa is a massive human trafficking centre. Which, if true, would be the last place you'd think the deep state would spring a missing persons controlled media event.

You'd think they'd actually want to divert attention--- anywhere else. Like, anywhere else.

So, in summary:
the undercard is:
Govt Psy-OP vs. Human trafficking ring
&
Boyfriend/family vs. Creepy convicted local stalker who lives next to a pig processing plant.

Good luck.

For sure anything is possible but I just came across another thread that showed the interview with the hog farmer. I had not even heard of this guy and nothing of this sorts was even posted by the local new agencies. Crazy that I find it here first.
