Attacks on women are increasing. Learned long ago to never attach a name. This is because of masking where someone will put the face of another over their own to divert. Different ways to avoid. One is going offline. If they can't see you they can't find you. Another is locking yourself into a place with multiple layers around you. If they're able to reach your energy body and cause discomfort then you need to drastically change your security system. If your security system is solid there is no need for you to use your energy to fight back. That's what they want. To feed on your inner defense.

With strong barriers all you feel is some friction when they approach. They can't touch you if you stay within your own bodily house. If you project, go out of body or into astral you're an open target. While in your own house you still interact with the energies that are helping us grow. Extra boundaries, fences, walls in many layers are necessary. There is a rising also of the intent to go the way of Handmaid's Tale narrative…
