It the Holy Spirit, and as Jesus the son of God said, if he did not go the comforter could not come, the holy spirit fell on all there and they spoke in other tongue and every strange heard them in their own language, for the spirit is sent by God himself. It helps you in all things and without it, well it a telephone to God's ear sort of. You have to pay attention to what Jesus said, no man.
He had to go for what he himself carried on earth, that spirit was within him. He was going to the Father and this he left.

Ephesians 2:15 by abolishing in His flesh the law of commandments and decrees. He did this to create in Himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
