Suggestion regarding the "no ACs mean no inside info" thing

One of the arguments against the removal of the Anonymous Cowards was that it would stop people being able to post inside information. I think that is less of a concern that some, but anyway.

Now, there's a celebrity gossip site that I post on occasionally, which I won't name because I don't know if it's a banned site here lol, which has a system where if you are logged in you can click a box in your post and it's posted anonymously using a special account named "Incognito". The admins can see which accounts have posted using that system, to prevent abuse.

Is something like that possible with GLPs software?
