Local Wichita lawyer, software engineer charged in federal indictment

"The U.S. Attorney says Brad Pistonik and a computer software engineer were responsible for cyber attacks on websites that posted information critical of the lawyer's work.

. . .

Pistotnik is also indicted on three counts of making false statements to the FBI."

I worked with the guy back when I was in the legal field and he's a real scumbag. It's one of those things where you just have to shake your head and say Karma's a bitch.

Here in the Wichita area, everyone gets sick of his commercials. He refers to himself as the Bull. Talk about some bull. That's what makes the comments on those Facebook articles so funny.

Lawyers have huge egos and often overestimate their intelligence. These kinds of revenge schemes are pretty common!
All characters and events in this forum --even those based on real people-- are entirely fictional. All celebrity comments are impersonated...poorly. The above post contains coarse language and due to the content it should not be viewed by anyone.

So true. No surprise that so many of our recent presidents have been lawyers, eh?

I know a scumbag lawyer like this who may be interfering with my case.

How did they get him?

Well, one of the websites he was threatening was for the law firm that represented one of the other websites he was threatening. I'm wondering if that law firm turned him in. It doesn't really say how he got busted, but my husband and I were just talking about this in the car on the way back from the store and we were thinking it was the law firm that probably turned him in to the feds with all supporting documentation.

If you think your lawyer is interfering with your case, you could try seeing a different lawyer and see what he thinks or you can also try reporting him to his state bar association.

As I suspected, only lawyers can take down other lawyers and it to be personal for them to justify the time and expense.

I was updating my other post while you were responding and since I'm afraid you might not have seen the update, here it is again:

If you think your lawyer is interfering with your case, you could try seeing a different lawyer and see what he thinks or you can also try reporting him to his state bar association.

Lawyers really do suck, but you might be able to find another lawyer who's willing to see if yours is being incompetent. The Bar Association for your state might also be able to help you.

This guy is a real piece of work. This is a Kansas Supreme Court decision setting out all of his offenses before the Office of Disciplinary Administrator prior to 1993. I can't imagine all the stuff he's amassed since then.

[link to law.justia.com (secure)]

Then there's a thread about what he did to a kid just for breaking up with his daughter. I don't want to link it here because I'm not sure if I can, but if you search Brad and Christina Pistotnik pick on minors you should be able to find it. I guess he used the same software against that poor boy that he used against these companies in the indictment from the sound of it.

It's not my lawyer, it's the other side's lawyer.

He had a pixil malware in his email logo (it was visually vibrating) and "debt collecting" seems to be his default.

He doesn't seem to want to hear about hacking or doesn't believe me.

But I have learned that lawyers want evidence that can be argued in court.

If he can't figure out how this information can be used, he won't go there.

I sure wish I could tell you what to do to help you. I feel your pain. I thought for several years that I was being gang stalked and messed with myself by some local lawyers. Even if I wasn't being gang stalked or messed with, I am certain I was at least blackballed. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if Pistotnik and other cohorts of his were involved.

I guess we can take some comfort by knowing that we are not alone.

I too have been gangstalked, not by the scumbag lawyer but by the associates of my opponents, elk club members, muni employees (including LE), our highly subsidized politicized "oppressed" majority "minority" group. It's income for them.

I live in a mile square city. I don't drive.
Stalking someone is very easy here.

Onward despite them, for us both.

It's probably a good idea for people to continue to talk about these experiences, no matter how ridiculed we are for bringing up gangstalking.

It's happening to too many people.

I wish the FBI would pay more attention to this than trying to find anything on Trump.

I agree. In fact, this is the first time I've even mentioned my experience here on GLP because of the stigma associated with it.

When it first started, even my husband thought I was nuts, but then with time he saw what I was talking about. It has let off the last couple of years and isn't near as bad as it used to be, but we will see if it picks up again after this thread. If it does, then I can now pinpoint it back to who I thought it was to begin with for sure now.

I am also being stalked online.

In fact, the stalker gave out my bluetooth folder password on this very site.

That message "was deleted from the database."

Why do the bad guys have all the tools to do this, but we who are being harmed are blocked?

That could have been evidence for my lawyer.

Re: Local Wichita lawyer, software engineer charged in federal indictment
...

Wow, that is creepy. They obviously knew that you come here and were on to even see the post to begin with. We probably would be shocked to know all the tools they have to track us and fly under the radar.

These scumbags are the ones who should be investigated and dragged into court.

Not the innocents who in some way scare them.

Feds, get off trump and please help the rest of us.

I've given enough clues over time.

And the password is sinatra.

It sounds like they could have some sort of keylogger software on your systems to get that kind of information.

Websites respond to charges against Brad Pistotnik

"Ed Magedson, the founder of Ripoff Report describes the website as a consumer site that posts complaints about specific firms and people. Magedson says Pistotnik contacted him and demanded he remove the negative post.

. . .

Magedson says the cyber attacks caused his server to crash and he reported it to authorities.

. . .

In a statement, Jaburg Wilk said 'because we represented that website, we were the target of tens of thousands of emails that demanded removal of the post. The volume of the emails caused our servers to crash. Our email address was also spoofed to send emails with the same content to certain business associates and relatives.'"

Here's some irony, his daughter actually does a video about bullying of all things!

Yes, that's daddy's plane and lamborghini in the video.

All you guys on here are going to love this one!

Nice little book he wrote for women to screw their husbands over in divorces!

Divorce War!: 50 Strategies Every Woman Needs to Know to Win

[link to www.amazon.com (secure)]

One review:

"Every man, regardless of his age or marital status, needs to read this book. I was astounded at the level of cruelty and dishonesty advocated by this supposedly God-fearing author, who also happens to be an attorney for women. Of course, how anyone can claim to love God AND be an attorney is beyond me....

Seriously, the advice given by the author is nothing short of evil. It's attorneys like this who are feeding off of the marital breakdown in this country."

Another lawyer reviewer:

As a practicing divorce lawyer with over 15 years experience and a feminist who has counseled and represented many women in divorces, I was deeply concerned about some of the advice offered in this book. Although the author may be well intentioned, the information is outdated and some of it could hurt women in California. Advice is given on how to hide assets and how to play the victim card."

LOL:

"The fact that it enriches a scum attorney and publisher in doing so I feel is a small price for the greater good (I gave my copy away for the cause)."

"This guy is trash - do not emulate!"

"Clearly, the author is an anti-family predator."

"The author is a moron."

"I was shocked that anyone would even put this into print."

"The chances are the only reason that the scumbag bottom feeding divorce lawyer wrote this book is so that women realize how good of a lawyer (or rather how much of a slimeball) he is and get his service in court."

laugh
